Chakra FLOWERS
Similar to the creative diagram by Ruth White, we can imagine our
chakras as blossoms that grow at certain points from the central
column of the spine. The stem of each flower grows from the central
column in form of a bud and during meditation we can visualise each
bud opening up gently until it blossoms and gradually spreads out into
a flower. In the centre of these flowers something pulsating may then
emerge. This does not necessarily turn or move like a wheel but
spreads light and colour full of unconditional, loving gentle energy into
the atmosphere, just as flowers normally do…
